Organize

The Brooklyn Young Democrats works tirelessly to elect Democrats up and down the ballot. We knock on doors, make calls, and text voters on behalf of our endorsed candidates. Since 2012, our members have organized to elect District Leaders, City Councilmembers, State Assemblymembers, State Senators, US House Representatives, US Senators, and Presidents. 

Most recently, The Brooklyn Young Democrats helped elect District Leader Josue Pierre, City Councilmember Justin Brannan, US House Representative Conor Lamb, and US Senator Doug Jones.  

Service 

The Brooklyn Young Democrats works hand and hand with local community organizations to serve our neighbors in need. 

In 2017, we organized a park cleanup to protect wildlife from pollution, provided neessities to victims of Hurricane Harvey, and donated toys to children in East Flatbush and East New York. 

Most recently, we worked with community groups to provide victims of the humanitarian crisis in Yemen with necessities.  

Fundraise

The Brooklyn Young Democrats hosts quarterly fundraisers throughout Kings County. Tickets to our events start at an affordable rate, so no Young Democrats is the denied the right to participate and have their voice heard.
