The New York Times reported today that right-wing billionaire Ronald Lauder is flooding the governor's race with money in a craven attempt to elect Lee Zeldin.
Zeldin is running a campaign based on misinformation and fear: he's pledged to weaken gun control laws and make it easier to carry a dangerous weapon in the city. He's pledged to appoint an anti-abortion commissioner to the Department of Health. He voted to overturn the results of the 2020 election, and he wants to enact onerous voter ID laws that would it harder to vote.
The worst part? Lauder and Zeldin's gambit might work. The polls are *way* too close for comfort. But we can stop this madness with your help: join us at 3:00pm on November 6th at L'Wren in Sunset Park to make calls and GOTV for a Kathy Hochul and Antonio Delgado!
If you can't make it in person, you can also join us on Zoom; RSVP here.
